ESP Students’ Satisfaction with Online Learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Ukraine

This study aims to determine the level of ESP students’ satisfaction with online learning courses at three faculties Taras Shevchenko National University Kyiv. The current examines answers identify their in courses. study’s research questions were divided into four categories: effectiveness learning, availability material used by instructors, evaluation teachers’ results, testing, and difficulties distance learning. A descriptive statistical method was validate study. statistics package JASP for data analysis. authors chose observation, literature analysis, a questionnaire provision, analysis as tools. results show that students are primarily pleased taught online, fulfil expected progress performance. It is revealed main problems influence impact during COVID-19 related technical, academic, communication challenges. Student surveys may lead changes activities may, turn, boost outcomes. provide valuable insight pose practical its implementation. As result, this just preliminary attempt offering considerate Ukraine’s policymakers.
